Under the sponsorship of Ms. Einas Fouad Naguib, General Manager of the National Insurance Company, an internal workshop titled 'Explanation of the Compensation Mechanism in the Fire and Accident Branch' was held on Monday, 2026/9/14, at the company's center, attended by a number of the company's producers. The workshop was conducted by Mr. Muhannad Ra'ad, Head of the Claims Department in the Fire and Accident Branch, who provided a detailed explanation of the compensation mechanisms and procedures, as well as how to handle accidents and insurance claims. The workshop aimed to enhance the technical aspects for the company's producers and to benefit from compensation mechanisms in studying and assessing risks, working to avoid and mitigate them, as well as offering appropriate advice and guidance to policyholders. This workshop is part of the company's efforts to develop the skills of its staff and enhance technical knowledge, contributing to improving the level of insurance services provided.
